Shipping Days

• Business Days: We ship and deliver on business days, which are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

• Weekend Delivery: We do not offer weekend delivery services. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Next- Day Delivery
Eligibility: Orders placed before 3 pm (local time) will be delivered the next day (within the city limits of Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah)

Delivery Times

For orders that do not qualify for next-day delivery, standard delivery is categorized as follows:​

• 1- 2 days within the city limits of Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and Ajman.

• 1- 3 days within the city limits of Ras Al Khaimah, Umm Al Quwain & Al Ain and for delivery outside city limits including Fujairah.

• No delivery service available to Ruwais, Abu Dhabi

A delivery charge of AED 25 is applicable for orders below AED 199.00
